What are the etiquettes and Sunnahs for the wedding night in Islam?

Among the etiquettes and Sunnahs of a wedding are: announcing it with the daff (tambourine) and other means, holding a walimah (wedding feast), reciting the prescribed supplication upon entering upon one's wife, performing two rak'ahs of prayer with her, using perfume, showing kindness, companionship, and playfulness before intercourse, and invoking Allah's name and reciting the prescribed supplication. This is to be done while avoiding intercourse during menstruation and in the anus, and keeping secrets.
