Must the driver fast two consecutive months for each deceased person in the traffic accident he caused, knowing that he has already fasted two consecutive months?

If a person takes precautions and safety measures and does not fall short, then there is no blood money (diyya) or expiation (kaffarah) due from him. However, if he falls short, then expiation is due from him and blood money from his 'aqilah (male relatives on the father's side), based on the Almighty's saying: "then a compensation paid to his family and the freeing of a believing slave; and whoever does not find [one] - then a fast of two consecutive months." If a slave is not found, then it is obligatory to fast two consecutive lunar months. It is necessary to fast two consecutive months for each person killed, and it is not obligatory to fast continuously for six months; rather, it is permissible to take a break between expiations.
