Is it permissible for a Muslim man to be married concurrently to his infertile wife and her sister's granddaughter, knowing that this girl calls his wife "my mother's maternal aunt"?

It is not permissible to combine a woman with her brother's granddaughter, because she is in the position of a brother's daughter. Scholars have unanimously agreed on the impermissibility of combining her with her paternal aunt, based on the hadith of Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him): "A woman and her paternal aunt shall not be combined, nor a woman and her maternal aunt." Combining a woman with her father's or mother's maternal aunt, or her father's or mother's paternal aunt, is considered like combining a woman with her paternal aunt and maternal aunt, and this is forbidden by the consensus of the Muslim imams. The marriage to the second woman is invalid and does not require a divorce.
