Is what I do correct concerning the emission of drops of urine after finishing urination and placing a tissue for Wudu’ and prayer, knowing that it also comes out when running or prostrating, and what should I do about Tawaf where a tissue cannot be placed?

The ruling on the validity of your actions depends on when the drops cease. If they have a specific time they stop before the prayer time expires, then you must wait, then perform ablution (wudu), pray, and circumambulate (tawaf). However, if their emission is continuous or irregular, then you are permitted to perform ablution, pray, and circumambulate before they cease. Your prayer is valid, and you are considered among those with urinary incontinence (sahib al-salas). You must perform istinja (cleansing after urination) and wudu for each prayer time. You must also take precautions to prevent defiling the mosque. There is no fidyah (expiatory payment) required of you.
