If the urinary incontinence stops for half an hour, one must wait this time to perform ablution and prayer, even if in one's lodging. It is better to pray in the nearest mosque. If you are residing within the boundaries of the Haram in Makkah and you pray in your lodging or in a nearby mosque, you will be rewarded with the merit of praying in the Grand Mosque. If you are unable to pray in the Grand Mosque due to illness, you will be credited with the reward of one who prayed therein, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "If a servant falls ill or travels, he is credited with the like of what he used to do when he was healthy and resident."

For circumambulation (Tawaf), if the cessation of incontinence is sufficient to perform Tawaf, one must wait for it, as purification is a condition for the validity of Tawaf. If the time is not sufficient, use diapers during Tawaf and Sa'i. The two rak'ahs of Tawaf should be performed during the time of urinary cessation due to the condition of purification.
