What is the ruling on the prayer of one from whom urine droplets intermittently exit for half an hour after urinating, and is his prayer considered valid in this case?

If the drops of urine do not persist all the time and stop for a period sufficient for Wudu (ablution) and prayer, then one must wait for that time to perform Wudu and pray before its time expires, even if it leads to praying alone. It is not permissible to enter into prayer while urine drops are continuously flowing, as Wudu in such a case would be invalid, and the prayer would be void and must be repeated.
