The answer

Abandoning prayer is a grave sin and a serious transgression. It is obligatory for you to perform the prayer at its prescribed time if you find sufficient time to perform it with proper purity. Relieve yourself before prayer with enough time to ensure cleanliness from urine, and take precautions by placing a tissue over the organ. Then, wait until the urine flow stops, perform ablution, and pray. We advise you to consult doctors.
