What is the ruling on the Toor Al-Jannah (Birds of Paradise) channel and listening to its songs performed by young girls who incite temptation?

It is impermissible to listen to anasheed (Islamic vocal music) accompanied by musical instruments. As for anasheed not accompanied by musical instruments, and which are sung by young girls who are not typically desired, it is permissible to listen to them and look at their pictures, unless the listener fears temptation for himself, in which case it becomes forbidden for him. It is preferable to avoid these channels due to the availability of other beneficial alternatives.
