Is consent a condition for the validity of the contract, knowing that I was not consenting at the time of the contract, but I consented to it thereafter?

Hesitation, doubt, and a lack of complete conviction do not affect the validity of a marriage contract if its pillars and conditions, such as offer, acceptance, and witnesses, are met. Rulings are based on outward appearances, and since the contract was concluded and nothing was issued indicating dissatisfaction, the contract is valid. Ibn Al-Qayyim said that Allah established words to denote what is in the souls, and He based rulings on the convergence of intention and verbal or actual indication, not merely on what is in the souls. Your hesitation regarding the continuity of the relationship in the future does not affect the validity of the contract.
