If you spoke these words to yourself without uttering them, then the divorce does not occur. However, if you uttered them, then the divorce occurs, even if you did not intend it, because it is an explicit divorce. But if you intended something other than divorce, such as intending to set her free, then your divorce does not occur between you and Allah.
