His intention is not considered unless there is evidence that diverts from the intent of divorce. As for your statement, "You will be divorced," if you intended it as a threat, then no divorce occurs.
Therefore, your wife is considered divorced by the first utterance. If you had not divorced her twice before, you may take her back if she is still within her waiting period (').
