What is the ruling on prayer and how should one purify themselves if afflicted with chronic madhy (pre-seminal fluid) leakage that occurs involuntarily, and is it permissible for them to abandon congregational prayer?
May Allah increase your eagerness. If the discharge of pre-seminal fluid (madhy) is merely a whisper (waswasa), then do not pay attention to it. However, if you are certain of its discharge, and if you know that it stops for a specific period sufficient for purification and prayer, then you must wait for it to stop and then pray. But if its discharge is continuous or irregular, such that it does not stop for a sufficient time for purification and prayer, then your ruling is that of one afflicted with perpetual impurity (sahib al-salas). In this case, you perform ablution (wudu') after the time for prayer begins and pray as many prayers as you wish with that ablution, and whatever is discharged will not harm you. Performing prayer with proper purification takes precedence over congregational prayer.
