What is the ruling on frequent madhy (pre-seminal fluid) discharge and intense obsessive thoughts concerning it, and how should one deal with it for ritual purity (tahara) for prayer? And what is the ruling on prayer if traces of madhy are found after its performance, and is it obligatory to repeat it, and what is the ruling on the prayer of those led by an Imam whose prayer was invalid?

We advise you to ignore whisperings (waswas) and not pay attention to them. If you doubt the emission of madhy (pre-seminal fluid) during prayer, do not pay attention to the doubt, as the default is that it has not been emitted. If you are certain it was emitted after the prayer, consider it an occurrence after the prayer, and you are not required to repeat the prayer. However, if you are certain it was emitted during the prayer, the prayer becomes invalid, and you must repeat it. If the emission of madhy occurs frequently, to the extent that the prayer time is not sufficient for purification, then your ruling is that of someone afflicted with incontinence (sals). You should perform ablution after the entry of the prayer time and pray. If it stops, then you should seek the time of cessation to pray within it. Assuming your prayer is invalid, the prayer of the congregants (ma'mumeen) is valid.
