Is a man's request to divorce his wife considered an injustice to her, despite her good religious observance and character, due to his psychological discomfort with her and the impact of that on her special rights, knowing that he does not financially wrong her?

It is permissible to divorce a wife due to lack of love, and there is no injustice to her in that, especially if the husband fears that he will not treat her kindly. However, it is better to be patient with her and treat her kindly, for Allah Almighty says: {And live with them in kindness. For if you dislike them - perhaps you dislike a thing and Allah makes therein much good.} And the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "A believing man should not hate a believing woman; if he dislikes one of her characteristics, he will be pleased with another."
