Is divorcing one's wife considered an injustice to her, given the existence of problems and discomfort in the marriage due to suspicions and disagreements among the children, and a lack of understanding between the spouses?

Divorce, if done out of necessity, is permissible and not an injustice to the wife. However, the husband is advised not to rush into divorcing his wife, and to strive to mend their relationship, exercising patience in this regard. Marital life is sustained through patience, overlooking minor faults, and balancing good and bad aspects. Allah Almighty says: "And live with them in kindness. For if you dislike them - perhaps you dislike a thing and Allah makes therein much good." The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "No believing man should hate a believing woman; if he dislikes one of her characteristics, he will be pleased with another." Thus, if a woman has a disliked trait, she also possesses a pleasing one.
