What is the ruling of the Sharia on obliging a wife to leave her job and dedicate herself to childcare, knowing that she refuses to do so and gives all her income to her family?

A woman's primary role is to care for her home, raise her children, and obey her husband. She is responsible for her flock. If her work outside the home conflicts with her primary role, she must prioritize her role within the home, provided her husband approves of her working outside. However, if her husband commands her to stay at home, she must obey him, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "No woman should fast for a day other than in Ramadan while her husband is present except with his permission," and "If I were to command anyone to prostrate to another, I would have commanded the woman to prostrate to her husband," and the best of women is "she who pleases him when he looks, obeys him when he commands, and does not contradict him concerning herself or his wealth in a way he dislikes."
