Is the Hadith narrated from the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, regarding his command to one of the Companions to build the Sana'a Mosque authentic?

We have not come across a hadith concerning the building of the Sana'a Mosque, except for what Al-Tabarani narrated from Wabr ibn Yahnas Al-Khuza'i, who said: The Messenger of Allah said to me: "If you build the Sana'a Mosque, make it to the right of a mountain called Dhin." Al-Haythami graded its chain of narration as good.
