The answer

These visions do not indicate the immorality of the dreamer, and he is hoped to receive the reward of patience due to the distress caused by them. If the dreamer were to follow the prophetic advice of seeking refuge from Satan, spitting to his left three times, turning over from his side, and not narrating it, it would not harm him. As for a good vision, it is from Allah and is a glad tiding. Since it is a sign of the servant's righteousness, he should be pleased with it and not relate it except to those he loves.
