What are dreams that are neither auspicious visions, nor distressing dreams, nor self-talk?

The Prophet (peace be upon him) divided visions (dreams) into three types: 1. The righteous vision (the praiseworthy): This is a glad tiding from Allah and a good vision that a believer sees or that is seen for him. It is a part of prophethood. 2. The disliked vision (the terrors of Satan): This is from Satan to cause grief to a person. The remedy for it is to seek refuge with Allah from the evil of Satan and the evil of what he has seen, and not to mention it to anyone, for it will not harm him. 3. The vision that stems from self-talk and Satan's manipulation: This is what a person thinks about while awake and then sees in his dream, or it could be from Satan's manipulation, showing a person meaningless things.

If a person sees the Prophet (peace be upon him) in his known description, then he has truly seen him, because Satan cannot impersonate him. However, if the descriptions do not match his descriptions, then it is not a vision of him, but rather delusions from Satan. The Prophet (peace be upon him) can never command anything in a dream that contradicts the Sharia.
