Is a son who intentionally killed his father, being under fifteen years of age but showing signs of puberty, disinherited, especially since the state law requires reaching the age of eighteen for disinheritance?

Scholars have agreed that a deliberate killer does not inherit from the wealth nor from the blood money, due to the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "A killer does not inherit anything." No consideration is given to the killer's age or the law if it contradicts Islamic law in matters of inheritance. As for retribution (Qisas), it is not applied to one who has not reached the age of accountability. If he has reached it, then Qisas applies to him unless the guardians of the victim forgive him. Malik held the view that the intentional act of a child is considered an error unless he has reached puberty.
