Does looking with lust at a forbidden woman, such as a son's wife, result in a legal ruling that invalidates her marriage to her husband?

The majority of scholars hold that looking (at a woman) does not affect the prohibition of marriage due to affinity (hurmat al-musahara). The Hanafis, however, dissented, establishing the prohibition of marriage due to affinity through looking at the private parts with lust, under certain conditions.
