Am I sinful for helping someone who uses my ladder to watch TV in a way that displeases Allah, given the embarrassment in preventing them?

There is no sin upon you for not preventing your neighbors from having television sets, because televisions are not pure evil; rather, they contain good and permissible aspects. You should advise them on how to use them well and avoid their harms.
