What is the ruling of the Sharia regarding the suitor of a daughter who does not pray and utters phrases like "leave my religion alone, get out of my sky, and leave my Lord alone" during any discussion?

If the suitor abandons prayer and utters reprehensible phrases when angry, he is in grave danger, for abandoning prayer is one of the greatest abominations, and the speaker of some of these phrases may commit an act of disbelief. He must be forbidden from this and commanded to repent. If he repents and becomes righteous, then it is permissible to marry him; otherwise, it is not.
