Is what the questioner vowed—marriage upon finding a job, and marriage upon finding a girl who loves him—considered a vow that necessitates fulfillment after these conditions are met?

A conditional vow is disliked, due to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) prohibition of it and his saying: "Indeed, it does not avert anything; rather, it is used to extract [wealth] from a miser." What is binding in a vow is the performance of acts of obedience. As for vowing permissible things, scholars differ on its validity, and the safer course of action is to offer an expiation for an oath (kaffarat yamin) for whoever does not fulfill it.
