Is it Islamically permissible to stand and join the row before the 'Iqamah in order to catch the first row in Friday prayer or other prayers?

If the aforementioned standing occurs during the sermon (khutbah), it is an excessive action that distracts from listening to it. It is more serious than touching pebbles, which is considered idleness (laghw), especially if it leads to stepping over people's necks. Some scholars have even deemed it forbidden. However, if the aforementioned standing occurs after the end of the sermon and before the prayer, there is no harm in it, as stepping over necks and similar actions are permissible at that time.
