Will God Almighty compensate the young man deprived of marriage in this world with something special in the Hereafter, or will he be blamed for not striving enough to achieve this blessing?

You have not mentioned the real reasons that prevent you from marrying in the future, so do not despair, and be optimistic. Financial inability is not an impediment, for Allah has made marriage a cause for richness, as He says: "And marry the unmarried among you and the righteous among your male slaves and female slaves. If they should be poor, Allah will enrich them from His bounty, and Allah is All-Encompassing and Knowing." So strive to seek a good earning. However, if you do not desire marriage, there is no sin upon you.
