How can a mobile phone and a tablet be purified, knowing that they would be damaged by washing?

It is permissible to benefit from and utilize an impure device without purifying it, especially if it would be damaged by washing. However, one should avoid carrying it during prayer (Salah) and circumambulation (Tawaf), and avoid touching it with a wet hand. If one wishes to purify it, the impure part should be washed with water until it becomes pure, or the entire device should be washed if the impure part is unknown. Nevertheless, purifying it would be considered a waste of money as long as it would be damaged by washing and it is permissible to benefit from it without purification.
