Fatwas indicate that there is no harm in assisting with the utilization of permissible websites, programs, and devices by explaining how to use them. The mere possibility of their use in something forbidden does not necessitate prohibition, as permissible things can be used for both good and evil. However, if a person knows that the one being assisted will use a permissible thing for something forbidden, then it is not permissible for him to assist that person in utilizing it.
