Will the mus'hafs of the ten qira'at be identical in their rasm if the diacritical marks (dots), hamzat, and tashkil are removed, or will there still be a difference? And is the current rasm of the mus'haf the same as the rasm attributed to the mus'haf of Uthman ibn Affan?

The Qurans currently available are written in the Uthmani script, and they are compatible with the mutawatir (concurrently transmitted) recitations. They may differ slightly in script depending on the variations in recitations. This difference does not alter the meaning. In fact, most Qurans are identical if the dots and diacritics are removed. There are a few words where the recitations differ in script, such as the word "هو" (huwa) in Surat Al-Hadid and "من" (man) in Surat At-Tawbah. All these differences are part of the original Uthmani Qurans distributed by Uthman, may Allah be pleased with him, and they are all from the Word of Allah. The Uthmani Qurans differed in their script by a slight variation in individual letters, not in entire words, and all of it is the Word of Allah. It is not permissible to deny any part of it. The reason for this difference might be the inclusion of some letters heard from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, which were difficult to transcribe entirely in a single Quran.
