Is paying for car insurance within limits, and my exposure to forbidden things on the plane and at the airport during my travel for tourism to Islamic countries, considered cooperation in sin and aggression, or is it permissible due to necessity, or because the issue is one of scholarly disagreement and the ruler's decision is to be followed?

Commercial insurance of all kinds is not permissible except for one who is compelled. Changing evil is obligatory according to one's capacity: if one cannot do it with their hand, then with their tongue; if one cannot do that, then with their heart. Traveling for tourism is permissible as long as it is not accompanied by anything forbidden. Witnessing evil without necessity is prohibited. Flying on an airplane where evil acts are committed is permissible for a lawful purpose, provided that one denounces the evil, lowers their gaze, and avoids what is unlawful.
