Is this doubt from the whisperings of Satan?

Praise be to Allah, Who has reduced the stratagems of Satan to mere whispers. This is a commendation from the Prophet (peace be upon him) for those who experience whispering (waswasa) but do not succumb to it; rather, they fear Allah and prefer to be burned than to utter such words. This is because it is evidence of Satan's despair of misleading them. The Muslim's duty in this situation is to say: "I believe in Allah and His Messenger," and to repel those thoughts, reflecting on Allah's creations, which indicate His existence and power, instead of pondering Allah's essence. For in everything there is a sign indicating Allah's Oneness.
