What is the ruling on marrying a man who works in the Public Prosecution, which is subject to man-made laws that rule by other than what Allah has revealed, along with doubt concerning the source of his income?

A woman should choose a righteous Muslim husband who fears Allah. Marrying someone who works in judicial bodies that do not rule by Allah's Sharia, such as the public prosecution and courts, is impermissible, due to the Almighty's saying: "And whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed - then it is those who are the disbelievers." Therefore, do not marry someone who works in these institutions that rule by other than Allah's Sharia, for safety is unparalleled. As for fearing the missed opportunity of marriage, this fear is misplaced, because all matters are in Allah's hands, and He has promised His pious servants that He will provide for them and relieve them, for the Almighty said: "And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out and will provide for him from where he does not expect." So, you must rely on Allah, for what is destined for you will surely come to you.
