Does the wife have the right to request a divorce due to her husband's friendly communication with his non-Muslim ex-wife, with his intention of guiding her to Islam?

A wife's spying on her husband's phone is forbidden by Islamic law, just as it is impermissible for her to mistreat him or deny him his lawful rights. It is also forbidden for her to seek divorce without a valid reason, due to the severe warnings associated with it. As for a husband speaking to his ex-wife (who is now a stranger to him), it is permissible out of necessity, provided there is no fear of temptation and that Islamic guidelines are observed. It is advised to treat the wife with wisdom and to remind her of the obligation to obey her husband, and the prohibition of disobedience (nushūz) and seeking divorce without an excuse.
