What is the ruling of the Sharia on a wife forcing her husband to divorce her and relinquish his rights, threatening to defame him and bring him to justice, because he spoke to another woman online, after the divorce has already been officially registered with the competent authorities?

It is not permissible to communicate with a non-mahram woman via social media unless there is a need for it and the Sharia guidelines are observed. It is not permissible for a wife to spy on her husband or search his phone. If a wife threatens her husband with severe harm, and he strongly believes she will carry out her threat, and he finds no way to avert this harm, so he pronounces a divorce to protect himself, then his divorce does not count. Should the divorce be considered valid, the woman is only entitled to what the Sharia has stipulated, such as the mahr, maintenance, and so forth.
