It has been previously established that organ transplantation is permissible under certain conditions, among which is not transplanting organs from a brain-dead individual unless their death is truly confirmed. The questioner should advise the hospital administration and explain the ruling to them. If they do not respond, he should inform them that a lease (contract) is not valid for something prohibited, and aiding in what is prohibited is itself prohibited, citing the Almighty's saying: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression," and the hadiths cursing the scribe and witness of usury, and the server of alcohol. He should request to be exempted from corresponding with entities on this matter unless they pledge to refrain from transplanting organs from those whose death has not been confirmed.
