Is it permissible to work with a person who brings projects in exchange for a percentage of the profit, while suspecting that he obtains these projects through bribery?

The question consists of two parts: The first is the ruling on making the broker's fee a percentage of the profit, and the answer to this can be found in Fatwa No. 59803 and Fatwa No. 60417. The second part is the ruling on the questioner working with the owner of a company whose owner deals with a person who possibly obtains projects through bribery. The answer to this is that the questioner's work in this company is permissible if his work is in a permissible matter and has no relation to the bribery committed by that person, especially if it is merely a suspicion. Furthermore, bribery is not absolutely forbidden; there is no harm in that which is given to obtain a right and does not harm anyone.
