Is a wife who falsely accuses her husband in police departments considered rebellious (nashiz)?

We do not understand what is meant by the wife accusing her husband. However, nushuz (disobedience/rebellion) occurs when the wife disobeys her husband, refuses to share his bed, or leaves their home without his permission. As for a mere accusation by the wife against her husband concerning some matter, it is not considered nushuz, unless it is an accusation of something he is innocent of and causes him harm, in which case she would be sinful. It is more befitting for her to treat him kindly and fulfill his rights.
