What is the ruling on the fast of one from whom a fluid – other than urine – was discharged during sleep in Ramadan as a result of a wet dream? And is the complete Tashahhud recited after every two rak’ahs in Tarawih prayer? And does the presence of urine on the body or clothes, or its discharge, invalidate ablution?

Passing urine does not affect the validity of the fast. The Tashahhud is a pillar without which the prayer is invalid, and it must be complete. Praying upon the Prophet and supplicating are legislated after every Tashahhud that is followed by the salutation. As for urine touching one's garment or body, it does not nullify ablution, but the impurity must be removed before prayer. However, passing urine does nullify ablution.
