It is permissible for a woman to go to a hairdresser under certain conditions, including the absence of men in the place, refraining from forbidden adornments, and not revealing the prohibited 'awrah (intimate parts). If there are objectionable acts in the establishment, it is obligatory to denounce them with one's hand, tongue, or heart. It is not forbidden to go to such places out of necessity, provided that objectionable acts are avoided. However, staying away from them is preferable and safer, especially in times when objectionable acts are widespread.
