Emotional Infatuation: Heartfelt attachment may develop between a man and a woman due to prolonged interaction. 5. Family Destruction: It leads to neglect of family life and can be a cause of divorce.

Therefore, it is advisable to leave mixed-gender workplaces and seek an alternative to avoid these pitfalls. For those compelled to remain, they must fear Allah, lower their gaze, avoid shaking hands and seclusion, and be mindful of Allah Almighty.
