Does a man's mixing with women at work affect his fast?

1. Unlawful Gazing: It leads to violating the divine command to lower one's gaze. 2. Unlawful Touching: It may lead to shaking hands with non- women, which is forbidden in Islamic law. 3. Unlawful Seclusion (Khulwa): It can lead to a man being alone with a non-mahram woman, with the devil being the third party. 4. Emotional Infatuation: Heartfelt attachment may develop between a man and a woman due to prolonged interaction. 5. Family Destruction: It leads to neglect of family life and can be a cause of divorce.
Therefore, it is advisable to leave mixed-gender workplaces and seek an alternative to avoid these pitfalls. For those compelled to remain, they must fear Allah, lower their gaze, avoid shaking hands and seclusion, and be mindful of Allah Almighty.
