What is the ruling on inviting a female singer (al-taqqāqah) to weddings with the implementation of Sharia-compliant controls?

There is no impediment to inviting a female singer (al-taqqāqah) to the wedding, provided that her singing is free from forbidden musical instruments such as the oud and drums, and is limited to the permissible tambourine (duff). Men must not be privy to this.
