What is the ruling on a wedding that includes religious songs sung by a man and accompanied by musical instruments, with doubt about the presence of instruments other than the drum (tabl) and tambourine (duff), and is it forbidden for a woman to dance to these songs?

It is permissible to listen to Islamic anasheed (chants/songs) at weddings and other occasions, provided they are free of musical instruments except for the duff (tambourine). As for the drum (tabl), it is among the forbidden musical instruments. There is no harm for a woman to listen to anasheed chanted by a man. It is also permissible for a woman to dance while listening to these anasheed, provided that the dancing occurs only among women.
