Is it permissible to join women's sports training centers that use music, while not caring about the music or using cotton in the ears?

Music is one of the reprehensible things that a Muslim must denounce according to their ability, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever among you sees an evil, let him change it with his hand; if he cannot, then with his tongue; if he cannot, then with his heart—and that is the weakest of faith." If denouncing it to those responsible for these halls leads to the removal of the evil, then there is no harm in going. However, if denouncing it is only possible with the heart, then it is not permissible to go to these places, due to the Almighty's saying: "And He has already revealed to you in the Book that when you hear the verses of Allah being denied and ridiculed, then do not sit with them until they enter into another conversation. Indeed, you would then be like them. Indeed, Allah will gather the hypocrites and disbelievers in Hell all together." [An-Nisa: 140]. Anyone who sits in a gathering of sin by choice is a partner in the sin, unless there is a predominant benefit in their presence, such as inviting them to Allah with the hope of their acceptance. In this case, there is no objection to going, while avoiding listening to music.
