What is the ruling on exercising while listening to music to perform the movements?

It is not permissible to perform sports exercises to the sound of music, because music is unlawful (haram). This is indicated by the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, who said: "There will be among my Ummah people who will legalize illegal sexual intercourse, the wearing of silk, alcoholic drinks, and musical instruments."
