Is the phrase "Son of Heaven" considered blasphemy (kufr)?

This word is not considered disbelief unless it is accompanied by a corrupt belief, such as believing that Allah the Almighty has a son, as Christians believe. However, if it is not accompanied by a corrupt belief, it is not considered disbelief, although it is better to avoid it because it has no real meaning.
