"Is it permissible to establish a matter of creed by the confluence of weak, flawed, or fabricated hadiths, such as the hadiths that the Rafidah use as evidence, even though some scholars consider them acceptable due to their abundance? "
"A weak hadith is not used as evidence in matters of creed or halal and haram. It is used as evidence in matters of virtuous deeds with specific conditions, upon which there is disagreement among scholars. If the hadith's weakness is severe, its appearance through other routes only increases its weakness. Rather, what is rectified is that in which the weakness is slight. So, the weak hadith, its weakness may be removable, and it may be irremovable. An example of a hadith whose weakness is irremovable: the hadith: ""Whoever preserves forty hadith for my nation..."" and the hadith: ""I am the city of knowledge, and Ali is its gate."" As for the hadith of the Two Weighty Things - if you are referring to the hadith of Ghadir Khumm - it is a sound hadith narrated by Muslim. The grading of very weak hadiths as ""good"" by scholars due to their numerous chains of transmission indicates that they came through routes in which the weakness was not severe.
