Is it correct to describe Allah as "responsible" for sustenance, taking into account His saying: (He is not questioned about what He does, but they will be questioned)?

The Most High Names and Attributes of Allah are divinely ordained (Tawqeefiyyah) and cannot be affirmed except with authentic evidence. The name "Al-Mas'ool" (The One Who is Questioned/Responsible) has not been authentically established as a name for Allah.

It is permissible to use the word "Al-Mas'ool" descriptively (on the basis of ikhbaar) for Allah the Most High, if the intended meaning is: 1. That He, Glory be to Him, is the One Whom creation asks for His bounty, mercy, and provision, as in His saying, the Most High: (Everyone in the heavens and on earth asks Him. Every day He is in [another] manifestation.) 2. That He, Glory be to Him, is the Possessor of authority and the Administrator of affairs, for to Him is the administration of everything, and He is a Disposer of affairs over it, as in His saying, the Most High: (Allah is the Creator of all things, and He is, over all things, Disposer of affairs. To Him belong the keys of the heavens and the earth.)

It is forbidden to use the word "Al-Mas'ool" if it suggests a corrupt meaning, such as understanding it to mean that Allah is questioned and held accountable for His actions or decrees in the sense of being reprimanded. This is false, based on His saying, the Most High: (He is not questioned about what He does, but they will be questioned.)
