Is it necessary to change the location of a business project if the place is considered "unlucky" or has a "bad omen"?

The Sharia has prohibited tiyarah (superstitious belief in omens or ill luck) because it is polytheism (shirk). There is no objection to changing the location where a commercial project is established in search of a better place, because taking precautions and striving for the best does not contradict reliance on God (tawakkul).
