However, it is not permissible to remove eyebrow hair unless it is so thick that it causes disfigurement, in which case it is permissible to take from them only the amount that removes the disfigurement. Removing hair from the forehead and nose is permissible. Any tool used must not cause harm. It is not permissible to remove hair from the cheeks because they fall under the meaning of the beard.
