Is it true that if a man sees a woman's ankle, she is considered an adulteress?

A Muslim woman must cover her 'awrah (parts of the body that should be concealed from others) from non-mahram (definition) men. Her 'awrah includes her entire body, with the exception of the face and hands according to some scholars. If any part of her body is exposed unintentionally, and a non-mahram man looks at it, the sin is on him, not on her, because Allah Almighty says: "And there is no blame upon you for that in which you have erred, but [only for] what your hearts intended." However, if she intentionally uncovers her 'awrah, she is sinful and shares in the sin, as it was narrated from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "Any woman who perfumes herself and then goes out, and passes by a gathering so that they may smell her fragrance, then she is an adulteress." The statement that a man seeing a woman's ankle makes her an adulteress is incorrect, unless she intentionally exposes it.
